Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while ensuring fairness for all guests. Cancellations: Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund, provided that no non-refundable costs have been incurred (such as tickets, transportation, or other pre-paid expenses). 50% Refund: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour are eligible for a 50% refund. No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or for no-shows. Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes without additional cost, depending on availability. Cancellations by the Guide: In the unlikely event that I must cancel a tour (e.g., due to illness or severe weather), guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
